Cooking Experiment with Sri Lankan Spices from Matale

Demonstrating the true flavours of Sri Lankan cuisine, this cooking experiment can be enjoyed when you book a trip with us from Matale. Tourists and cooking enthusiasts can learn and cook well known Sri Lankan dishes such as chicken curry, dhal curry or even coconut sambol or anything else that you may wish to learn. The class will be using traditional clay pots and coconut shell spoons in order to give a traditional Sri Lankan feel. Seasonal ingredients and Sri Lankan spices will be used so that you can be well aware of how and when to use them sufficiently. Finally after the cookery experiment, you get to enjoy a tasty lunch while you can select the menu off a list.

Expirience:

Our Cookery Demonstrations demonstrate Sri Lankan cuisine where you could learn and cook famous local dishes such as dhal (Sri Lankan lentil curry), Coconut Sambol, Chicken Curry, or anything else you wish to learn by using the traditional clay pots and coconut spoons.

Firstly We introduce to the curries and how it is cooked while introducing all the ingredients and spaces. Although We offer experience cooking tips. Finally, You can enjoy the meal after cooking.
